Tiramisu is a rich& coffee flavoured, layered Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfinger biscuits, cookies, coffee, mascarpone cheese . here is the detailed written recipe
Ingredients for cream
1/4 th cup chilled Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese
For coffee
1/4 cup water
1tbs sugar
1/2 tbs instant coffee powder
stir & microwave for 2 min.
let it cool down completely
Ladyfinger biscuits
Method
place a working bowl in a ice water bowl.
add heavy whipping cream
whisk for a min
add sugar & vanilla
whisk until soft peak
add softened room temp mascarpone cheese
whisk until it reaches stiff peak. & refrigerate
now dunk ladyfinger/English sponge fingers in a cool downed coffee
layer & arrange it in a tray
spread prepared mascarpone cream & dust cocoa powder.
repete & layer again
refrigerate for 5-7 hours.
tiramisu is ready to serve
