Marie Antoinette and The Affair of the Necklace
Hitler said Munich defeated him, why simply quote Churchill and play the newsreel, neither was based on the data known to Chamberlain, it is like one historian simply quoting another, with no evidence.
She did it to help abused women who had no way out. She took pity upon these women and children.
Plantagenet monarchs didn't fuck around with enemies and traitors - real or imagined.
My ancestor!
damn 💀
Like the humor of the victim 😂😂😂😂
Matthew Hopkins R.I.P Hes Gonna Cute Guy
the two Churchills are the coolest and greatest is people in England like Arthur Weasley
In order to improve the public image of the Mignons, when Henry III and IV launched their campaigns of conquest in Italy, young men from the captured Italian cities would be brought to Paris and matched up against the Mignons in boxing and wrestling matches. Of course, they would always be considerably smaller in stature and would be sparsely fed for one week before the matches took place. Needless to say, the Mignons, bedecked in their fancy clothes, tights AND shoes, pulverized their unfortunate opponents with ease. During the matches, with their victims writhing in pain on the floor, they would take time to perform dances and pirouettes to the delight of the crowd. The matches always ended with the victorious Mignons standing above or even sitting on top of the losers while batting their eyelashes and posing effeminately. It was a funny but also cruel display. ONLY IN FRANCE!
Very sad
Thatcher and Trump were great leaders, so good for them.
The punishment for High treason !
The only problem I have with the reconstructions today is that the Tuthmosid line of kings were all Nubian (Sudanese) Reconstructions today all try to make the kings and queens of Ancient Egypt look Arab similar to the people that are there today. It's ok trying to fit in with today's "inclusive" movement, but it gives a false impression of what some of the Ancients really looked like.
RIP 😢
There should B a movie about the romance between Marie Antoinette and von Fersen.
Interesting! Here in Montpelier Vermont, we have a supposedly cursed bronze statue in our local cemetery that everyone calls Black Agnes. It’s said that if you sit in "her" lap, you will die before the next full moon. The statue is actually Thanatos the male god of death, but nobody calls it that. Look it up on the internet. It’s pretty creepy. Great video, btw!
Nice love story 😅
Things rich people do
I was there last month, glasses on the top of the bar were Moving alone 😱
Any jeweler can tell you that bullets shatter diamonds. Quit telling these fairy-tales.
In real life they probably looked much worse than these portraits but the painters were just being kind.
She like the other Royal French Martyrs, and so many other people, a Martyr who was murdered by the evil creatures of the French revolution. She was a good person with virtues and honour, unlike the revolutionary scum! She never said "let them eat cake" and tried to help the poor. Unlike the revolutionary elit, who feast on good food and wine, when the spies of the revolution did report people for saying bread was expensive/they could not afford it, used Madame, Mademoiselle instead for citizen, to be murdered. The revolution was pure evil!! She is a Martyr. For the King and Queen! For the Monarchy! Down with the republic!!
Judea bolshevism was the worst form of enslavement on the planet.....
Every woman needs a John Brown
Horrible peli me fui del.cine en la mitad
TV serial "Santa Evita" is really good: subject, acting, editing, dialogue, production
Davids documentary of Churchill is as good as Churchills writings of his illustres ancestors.
legit queen.. ❤❤❤
WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THE DOG??
Its not very woke is it.
They could have sent her back to Austria and not killed her. They could have done the same with the Romanovs
That moment it ticked, _did it?_ The balance moved but the wheels remained static, the seconds hand didn't move. I'm thinking they shook it or twisted it (vigorously) for the camera.
so when ur rich u have to eat this kind of BS, tnx but no tnx, an these people would eat squirrel turd if it had a gold flake on it.
She may have been silly and frivolous but was probably almost wholly naive to the political situation and abject poverty around her. She (perhaps the king as well) was very likely to be sheltered from local news.Like other wealthy women, even up to the time in Victorians, she had absolutely nothing to do all day. No job, no house to maintain, etc. And as with other wealthy women in that situation, her mind focused inward so that her only entertainment became silly amusements that she could invent for herself. It’s a tragedy because had she been allowed, the mature queen that was executed might have done a better job at ruling, having a learned about hardship and suffering.
What I understand, the Queen and Albert had a passionate sex life and that the queen enjoyed every bit of it. Would she put that privet joy out of her life and only have that handsome kilt bearing Scotsman for "tactile cuddling"? I also heard that in her casket she hold a lock of Mr Browns hair and on her left hand ring finger wore Mr Browns mothers wedding ring. Her left hand covered by flowers when she was on lit-de-parade.
Someone needs to tell Helen Rappaport that one cannot "Definitely think". It is one or the other, I am surprised at this shocking understanding of her own language, and before she goes speaking on tv again, she needs to learn correct English.
As Billy Connely said" these were real bad bad guys, not like that Robin Hood bullshit, these guys robbed the rich, then ate them"👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That's not just being catholic that's just being horrid

I'm sorry. But it's too hard to hear the dialog over the music. Why the music?
The lady doth protest too much, methinks. Times have changed, many the times I have joggled a maiden, and she hath begged for a tea break. Union rules, don't you know.
Forget Starkey, I could listen to 7 yr old Winstons voice all day.
English rank and american money. The best combo
When people tell me to be a "queen" this is the one I want to be.
