That header cross auger is costing you a lot of $$$! It's running way too fast.
@@atomicwedgie8176 how is that
@@CliftonLehman Put a larger sprocket on the cross auger to slow it down so it doesn't flip the ears out. It's running way to fast!
@@CliftonLehman It's running about twice as fast as it should. Take this video to your local John Deere dealer and ask their advice. Nice vid!
Yeah I wouldn't have said it was too fast but I not going to say it isn't but I did notice that the ears weren't all going in
Run the feeder housing drive chain on the slow ( grain platform) drive sprockets. Less corn cob damage and less horsepower used too
443? Head.
@@behrdog11 I think it's newer than that but it is a 30 inch
Ford sell out i need a ford In Pakistan
Just built an 8N last year. Cant live without it
Your connection with nature is truly heartwarming. 💚
The peacefulness of your farm is truly inspiring
A couple tips: keep a shovel on your combine at all times you're using it. You can get a scoop right off the chaffer to check for lost kernels. You don't need to be a wild turkey scratching for grain. Also you could have cut much higher on the stem and not slugged the combine as much. Save the mowing for a hay mower.
Well we want to cut low
Yeah I enjoy it
Love seeing that Ford planting!
What make and model is that hay rake?
New Holland 55
@@CliftonLehman , ok, thank you very much !
High speed power packing,,cool,,lol
Always enjoyed the night work. Can't tell ya how many times I've pulled up to the blower at midnight,,lol.
Nice packing on the pile.
Just found yer channel and joined up. Looks like a pretty major project. Did it inhale a rock?
some stones for sure but the main reason was for the pin that was missing
@CliftonLehman Gotcha,,looks good,,keep after it.
Have you tried playing with your screens to get some of the FM out?

Gas if the points get dirty then it's different
Nice running 3300. Diesel?
How many bushels does your trailer hold?
Don't know maybe 140 give or take it actually belongs to my boss at my construction job
Looked back on my wheat I took was 131 or so but I might have been a little over loaded
I’ve never seen a trailer like that used for grain. Interesting.
Yeah don't have a truck or gravity box so we just borrow my boss's
I just put a reel pump on my 3300 I hope to finish beans tomorrow or Saturday
Wow
