Aquaponics Hardware Asia are a company designing, engineering, and building aquaponics units for the domestic and commercial market place. We have supplied units for Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia. We are working closely with people in the USA, UK, Australia, Norway, Philippines, Bhutan, Canada, Egypt, and many many more.

Thanks AHAS. I have been considering this technology but i still do now see how i can build a business and especially feeding a large and fast growing population. Seems to me as a hobby excercise
We are preparing the construction of a larger farm and training center now. See th-cam.com/video/wJaSDI08rTA/w-d-xo.html. We already have big farms in Malaysia. People can use domestic kits for themselves, large domestic kits to feed up to 20 people, or large farms to feed communities and sell product to consumers. Currently updating our website. very nice. what's the dimension of each grow bed (length, width, height) and how high up the ground? how many fish require for each grow bed?
This is a unit we built in 2016 before our MIT became available. We now build all our units with MIT. See this video for example: th-cam.com/video/uxOGme1JKdI/w-d-xo.html. The optimum brow bed size is 1m wide. The MIT comes at 45cm and 90cm height. AHAS provides design including aquaponics balance, hydraulics design, production expectations, CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, energy requirement, solar requirement, ... How much would this cost
How are the pests and other diseases controlled in the plants. I understand that the plants are indoors which allows some protection from the insects, but how are the plants protected from fungal and other diseases.
Hello love your channel. Very informative. I am venturing into hydroponics farming from my boring 9 to 6 job. I wanted to know how many Kilograms of tomatoes can be grown in a 2000sqm hydroponics setup (polyhouse) or cucumbers in a same area average In a month or year given a 1.5 cycle per year. I am doing a feasibility study before I setup the farm and checking with other farmers if the numbers check out. Looking forward for your response. Thanks
Thank you for your great support. Unfortunately, we do not do hydroponics. We do Aquaponics. Production is highly dependent on the climate, so the location, and the actual type of tomato or cucumber. We can do some testing for you in our facilities.

However planning to do it in poly house with temperature control and coolers for the plants. When you say you will do some testing for me in your facility what do you mean?

Depending on the crops we target. Only iron supplement for non reproductive plants. We use home made organic enzyme for reproductive plants.

Where is you facility in Thailand, i would love to take a tour.
This experimental farm was closed a few months ago as the Korat highway has been built over it. Since then, we have relocated our farm in Kuala Lumpur. A new farm has been planned in Thailand in the upcoming months. All other units built in Thailand are privately owned. Our lab unit in Chonburi is open to visit. how much it would be for the set up cost
It depends on the location and your level of aquaponics systems knowledge and support required. The equipment itself requires a budget of 60k to 80k per unit. .

What material do you use for the floating rafts in the DWC?
We use zero exchange ultra high density polystyrene. Last for years. Easy to clean. It took almost 3 years to find the right product. But the most important development is the AHApot that goes with it.
