Agility Training Tips:
Always get a dynamic stretching warm up before you start the drills. This not only reduces the chance of injury, but it will actually improve your performance as well. We recommend focusing on just a few drills to work on skill before turning up the speed.

    I was cycling a 38 mile ride the other day and foolishly stopped for water. Then the horseflies started mobbing me. I did all of these drills in 5 minutes in a pure panic. 😳 What I wanted to achieve? Getting away! I could play a mean halfback
