Yes they do get paid, I know of many of them. One of them even posted on there insta story, 400 USD which she got from youtube, the month salary. I know of 6 youtubers in namibia who get paid. Your channel is just too small to get the option of moniterization and getting money. YOu don;t even have a 100 subscribers or enough views to get it
