Ingredients:-
Egg 3 at room temperature
Sugar 150 gm - 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Melted butter 80 gm - 4 tbsp
Milk 150 ml - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour 300 gm - 2 cup + 1/3 cup
Baking powder 15 gm - 3 tsp
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Apple large 2
Grease the pan size 26 cm with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 minutes
Brush with caramel or jam

    3:07 Hello Yum Yum Thank you for your recipe! Didnt expect the fantastic result I got. Cake was very fluffy, moist and fragrant. But I did make a couple of small tweaks. 1. Used cake flour 2. Halved bp (to reduce chemical 3:07 content. But cake still fluffed up a lot) 3. Reduced eggs to 2 cos mine were big eggs 4. Added some orange peel as I love citrus. What I like v much about your recipe is 1. No mixer needed. Basically a du 3:07 mp, mix n bake cake 2. Metric measurements 3. No butter. So cake is relatively healthy 4. Has lemon juice which makes up the sour lemon taste. Lemon zest alone is not enough for that lemon punch. Ya, I am a serios hobby cook. 😂 THANKS! All the best to your channel. (I am going to look at your other recipes. Bet there are many other gems. ) Btw, when using plain yogurt and lemon juice which are v sour, the amt of sugar to put to get the correct balance of tastes can be v tricky. 120g sugar sounded like a lot for me. But it turned out PERFECT. Less 5g sugar also ok for those who want the cake a little less sweet. And, if i should put a lemon glaze on top, i would reduce sugar in the cake by 8g.
