The Germans had pushed out and mostly displaced the majority of the Slavic and Celtic kingdoms and tribes in the whole of central Europe a few ages before. Then the Romans came about, and we destroyed them in the 400s. It wasn't until the Gothic and Germanic migration into all of the Western Roman Empire that the Slavs were able to regain some land and settle in Poland and parts of Czechia.

I gotta give some corrections: Robert S. Johnson flew with the 56th fighter group. Also, Johnson would return to service later, becoming an ace before the wars end. The thunderbolt remained in service with other air forces as late as 1966.

Just so everyone knows, I am not this bad of a player, I was just not having the best of sessions that day.

It should be noted that my play style in Battlefield 5 multiplayer is a sniper role, meaning sniping and counter sniping roles, but some maps will require me to switch roles and I am sometimes really bad at assault roles.

That was fun. I can identify most languages. The hardest is Affrikaans Dutch & German since they sound identical. I think Malaysian & Indonesian are also similar.

Before I get those comments, yes I know the US Navy bombers didn't sink any carriers during this battle, the Japanese carriers would be sunk in later battles.

Those provinces you claim are part of Ukrain are actually historically Romanian. Cernăuți, Bessarabia and Southern Bassarabia were all part of the medieval Voivodate of Moldavia. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moldavia#/media/File:Moldova_(1483)-en.png Those three provinces were lost to the surrounding empire (Cernăuți to the Austro-Hungarians in 1775, Bessarabia to the Russian Tsardom in 1812 and South Bassarabia to the Ottoman empire circa 1536 and then was annexed by the Russian Tsardom in 1812). In spite of this, the regions remained ethnically Romania such that at the end of WWI with the fall of the Russian Tsardom and the disintegration of the Austro-Hungarian empire plebicites held in all of those territories overwhelmmingly were in the favour of union with the mother state of the Kingdom of Romania (formed by union between the Wallachian and Moldavian principalities). After Stalin came in power, the imperialist USSR did not agree with former Russian territory being a part of another state. Thus it issued an ultimatum which led to the brutal disfiguring of Greater Romania. This along with the very flascid respons of France to the Germans and later its annexation to the Reich is one of the main reasons why Romania was forced to join the Axis. A sad end to the story comes in the form of the coup d-etat of King Michael which was necessary to pull Romania out of the war, but which doomed the mainland to become a Socialist Republic, while leaving the aforementioned land in the hand of the Soviets. By the end of the USSR the combination of Russian colonization, the propaganda and the deportations have caused the territories to become split among a Moldavian republic which does not recognize its nationality to be the same as its sister, Romanian, along with two pieces of land ungratiously absorbed into Ukrain because of the way the Soviet was geographically organized along with the implantation of ethnic Ukrainians to achieve a majority quota. Truly these lands have been cursed by the red plague that was Stalin and his USSR.
