    The very best analysis and valuation of a quarterbacks career is the REAL GOAT scoring system. What makes it so unique and accurate are the comprehensive nature which takes all aspects of the quarterback's play into account and the methodology that allows quarterbacks of different eras to be compare equally. That is accomplished by first finding out how far all the greats were above the average quarterback of their own era and then comparing those numbers to all the other greats. When you do all that you find out who the actual greatest of all time are. You don't get confused by team accomplishments although team accomplishments are also part of the formula. This video misses some of the very top all time greats completely and brushes over another top 10 all time quarterback. The top 10 quarterbacks that were completely whiffed on are Dan Fouts and Y. A. Tittle. The other top 10 who was just brushed over was Fran Tarkenton. When you first compare all the greats to average and account for longevity Tarkenton not only comes out on top but by a wide margin. Coming in at #2 and #3 with not much distance between them is Peyton Manning and Drew Brees. Johnny Unitas is the 4th greatest of all time and then you get Brady because of the team accomplishments not because of his own play. Sixth greatest of all time is Y. A. who could have been #5 if he had not lowered his overall play by playing his final season injured. Number 7 is Aaron Rodgers who may go as high as #5 before he hangs them up. Eight is Roger Staubach who was far and away the best per season played but must settle for 8th because of a short career. 9th is Dan Marino followed by Fouts and then Joe Montana in 11th.

    • @firstteamfootball
      @firstteamfootball 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The Fouts point is very valid. Definitely an oversight on our end. In defense of the video, it is covering the Super Bowl era, and tittle played before then. I’m interested in the formula you mentioned and will definitely look into it. Great insights!

    No real argument over your points. Everyone is gonna have a personal fav they could feel is over looked or slighted but top to bottom a good list and good video. I think one QB that gets over looked who is a HOFer is Warren Moon. I do think that Brady, Montana and Mahommes are the most clutch in NFL history. I think the best pure passer is Dan Marino. Id would say the best leaders are Peyton , Brady and Aikman. I think Tarkenton, Staubach, Elway and Young really help lead the nfl to the athlete at QB that ended up giving us the likes of McNabb , Vick, Newton , Lamar and Allen.

    Proud to say that I saw my Crimson Tide win a historically CLASSIC 33-32 shootout with Ole Miss in 1969. Had Archie played for a good NFL team he would likely have been another Fran Tarkenton. Saw his boys beat my Tide all but two times. I once told Archie at a speaking engagement that he should make sure his grandkids got a top rate education and go play for Ivy League schools, and not the SEC.

    ....1/23/25....IMPORTANT QUARTERBACK INFORMATION....Folks, be sure to read all of this study: Jim Croce was killed in a plane crash leaving Louisiana on 72% of the year on 9/20, after his song ‘I Got A Name’....Lynyrd Skynyrd had a plane crash going to Louisiana on the anniversary of the Patterson film date on 10/20, 72 days from the end of the year, after their song ‘What’s Your Name’….They both referenced the Roswell crash date number 7/2, 72, and day number 72, 3/13, was the date of the mass UFO sighting over Phoenix in 97….I hate to sound like a nut sitting on 25 years of research, but from the word Armageddon, arm-aged-don, all great quarterbacks were alien angel manipulated messengers with messages in their names, and thus planes were crashed to lead people to discover this, or you can believe God given talent, and are all apart of our Armageddon ‘arm-aged-don,’ with DONE the ‘ending’ being the closest in spelling, and DAWN the ‘beginning,’ being the closest in sound, a time period of wars, arm-aged-DAWN to arm-aged DONE, that coincided with messages sent in strong armed quarterbacks, such as cowboys, Staubach for STALL BACK, and 'BAD SAW' Bradshaw, which means 'wide forest.’...”There’s no place like home,” Kansas, can yes - me homes????? MAHOMES, and many many more…. ….In my book 'Alien Park And The 911 Code,' I had Stabler's name message wrong, or at least not complete, it was more than to make the atmosphere, and ecology more STABLE, and the ripped off stabilizer of flight 587….The message of Stabler was important, reflecting the hidden messages of one letter off, just like the Bible's GO SPELL / GOSPEL, and the use of acronyms, in 69 STABLER left the Oakland (oak land raiders) a anti-deforestation message, and was important because his team's name message was needed to attach messages to the STABBER in 69....In 69 we had the Tex Watson STABBER of the Charles Manson family stabbings, and 69 was the year O.J Simpson was drafted. OAK LANDS being raided, had a message attached to both of these stabbing events, both of these bloody stabbing events were called the trial of the century, Kenny’s timing was perfectly scripted.…We will have to skip ‘sharing take’ to end ‘brown’ kids….. ….STABLER / STABBER was then used as a messenger to attach the STABBER to oil, when we was traded to the Oilers, and then to the religious Islamic SAINTS, which had a terrorist cult MANNING in Afghanistan, whose kerosene took down the Trade Towers (summer all madden)….Pat Summerall kicked for the New York Giants, and the Trade Towers were New York giants, and John Madden coached for the oak land raiders….Remember the Reagan assassination attempt, when Brady ‘bled so’ laying in the street? Bledsoe was the starting quarterback of the Patriots (political people) and when he got hurt, Brady came in, Bledsoe Brady, New England, ‘new end land,’ which will be bullets ended, not guns, instead we are going back to John Hancock’s hand cocked muzzleloader….LUMBER DIE, Lombardi trophy, end eyesore coasts, a green bay FAVOR / FAVRE....Dolphins (MARINE-O) O for Over fished, Over netted, Over polluted….It was impossible to get a name of a football team called religion, so they used COLTS for CULTS, ‘unite us, unite as’ one, Johnny UNITAS….Will he?...Can he, unite us?.... Aikman, ACHE MAN - YOUNG, was about me the decoder, and it was amazing how well super bowl rivals worked so well together, like Stall Back Bad Saw, and Namath Unite Us….Alien telephone call AUTO warning to earth, Alexander GRAHAM Bell, Auto - Otto GRAHAM....John Elway was famous for his last minute come from behind victories, and EL is THE in Spanish, his name message was THE WAY to save the planet....Was it missed????? ….Folks, messages were indeed secretly sent in manipulated quarterback names by unknowns in a time ‘arm aged,’ in sound similarities, and in numbers, NAMATH said so….Names unite us…..Roswell, Pete Rozelle…. ….In fact the secret code system of the GO SPELL GOSPEL messages one letter off, was even revealed to us by our greatest POEM and POET, Edgar Allan POE….. ….GO SPELL GOSPEL, acronym…. ….Q-U-A-R-T-E-R-B-A-C-K….Queen Unites Acronym Revealing Teacher - Educating Religions - Angels Create (King, Kingdom)…. ….Please feel free to come to my channel, click on community, and read more X file letters, all of which are revealing the opening of the seventh seal, telling us where mankind is headed, and it is not Heinz 57….Also check out Alien Park And The 911 Code, thank you all very much....
