How does the free trial works
You can sign up for a free trial at www.greminders.com The trial lasts 7 days and you can schedule a one-on-one meeting with a member of our customer success team to help you get started.
I suppose we get a message / an email that tells us when a client has booked; and that means we need to take that taken slot off of the booking possibilities for the next client or is that done automatically ? Thank you
When a client books a meeting with you using our automated scheduling, you can set up our system to send you an email or SMS notification of the new event. That time slot will no longer be available on your calendar for scheduling unless you have set up the system to allow for double booking. You can also set up event approval, which means the event will not be added to your calendar until you approve or decline it.

It downgrades to the free version unless you chose a paid plan. I've been trying to decide between this and Calendly. I have trials active on both

Costs Money FYI
We do have a free Basic Plan that includes email reminders, however, there is a charge for plans that include SMS text reminders. I think you'll find our prices are very competitive with similar services that do not offer all the options included with our Text Reminders. You can try our service for free for 7 days. Our clients find that the low cost involved with sending text reminders is offset pretty quickly by eliminating costly no-shows.

We have a free version, yes.
This feauture is very needed. Thank you. Now, our new clients can choose their preferred clinician. So far, I created a "team" calendar for English and another team for Spanish services. and we are in the testing phase.

Yes, you can setup as many reminders as you like. 24 hours ahead of meeting, 1hr ahead, when the appointment was booked, and even do follow ups to collect feedback/reviews, etc...
