There’s a great channel about BirdTricks that shows you how much to feed your bird, seasonal feeding system so it resembles a wild diet, how to train your bird, how to convert your bird from seed to veggies, and how to flight train a bird. Also how to stop your bird from biting, toys, and how to make a foraging toy out of paper and seeds.
That was great to watch, seeing them feeding like that. They seem to like each other and I like their environment with all the greenery around. We've a male eclectus and a green cheeked conure, but they don't really like each other!. Thanks for sharing the video.
OMG this is so awesome i miss my ecelectus he was a rescue and my first and only bird tragically he died do to complications the vet could not fix because of the damage that had been done however he is buried in my yard and has a shrine in his honor id love to have another some day
I have to ask....do you breed these beautiful birds? I have an Eclectus and have had her since she was about 4-5mth old (7 years old now). I was trying to teach her a particular whistle when I first had her for a few weeks, and she kept on coming out with the same whistle you use at 6:19...I was actually trying (still am) to teach her the Colonel Bogey March whistle (Bridge over the River Kwai), will be sure to post a vid when/if she nails it :)
Oh fuck off. Everyone owns birds differently, and I personally am against clipping wings. Does that make it wrong to do it? Absolutely not. These birds are happy and healthy, and just have their wings clipped as an extra precaution. This guy takes care of his birds as he sees fit, and as long as they're healthy and happy that's absolutely fine.
Wow those colors are just amazing! Can't belive that ome creatures have these blinding beautiful colors. I hope they breed them and that they have a continuation...
All the red ones are girls and the green ones are boys XD.. the little green one is really cute though.. he is soooooo small.. :o im going to try and get an Eclectus soon.. i love them!
you so stupid omfg the bird is completely freaked out by it have cut the wings, which are neither safe perch in the food and throw it from. . . People like that should never have birds. . .

tragic to see birds clipped so young they may never learn to fly
ill treat.;.
Nice stuff, hope to see more
The wings look a little butchered. Only the primary flights should be cut.

Can you put a baby and nearly mature female eclectus's together
The male is the green one, the red is the female
Which is the male the red and blue one?
then we are already two, so hopefully not long to dures not you continue to mistreat the birds. . .

The smaller one is an Alexandrine parakeet, not an Eclectus.
