Heads up the manual states that it takes 2.9 U.S. Quarts. I added 3 quarts and still underfilled. (4.5 quarts came out). I ended up using 3.8 quarts to get the right amount. The truck was a 2009 Toyota Tacoma Regular Cab 4 cylinder 2.7L. 4 speed transmission

Shouldve replaced both cvt filters and oil strainer at 90k mileage. I'd do it at 30k-60k Mi.

I replaced my rear brakes now my break system light is on been trying get it to leave cuz it’s nothing wrong with my car

For me was not easy to install the front seat covers on my 2021 Honda Accord. I couldn't feed the elastic of the backrest through the space between the seat and the backrest. The cover does not go all the way down the backrest. I have not tried to cover the back seat. They try to make to look the installation easier than it really is.

I had this problem and relized i unplugged a wire while vacuuming under the driver seat.

For anyone reading this right now as of 8/9/24. Napa brand asian blue coolant is on sale for $14.99. Oh...and its made by valvoline 😉.

You forgot to drain the coolant from the block with the block drain.

Are you running stock suspension?

I hope you did this a few more times to get more of that old fluid out. I used the same style pan you have but I poured the used fluid in an old 5 quart old jug to see exactly how much came out. I replaced a little over 4 quarts in a 2007 Tacoma 2.7L 👍

Does anyone know the part number for the transmission fill bolt and gasket?? I like to have spare parts, but can’t find a part number anywhere. I’ve tried going to local dealership and they can’t locate the part either. I have a 2021 civic hatchback sport 1.5L

So nice to see the fluid change for MY truck. My 2009 Tacoma has no overfill plug, no 24mm fill plug, but it does have a dipstick! How many of these "helpful" 2nd gen Tacoma ATF drain videos apply to my setup? Almost none.

You forgot to remove the check-bolt to find out if the amount of fluid you replaced with is sufficient. I would do that first before I do the final step in turning on the engine and do the changing of gears in 5 second intervals.

Wish they made one for the 10th gen Hatchback EX 😞 would this possibly fit a hatchback? (Non sport)

Thank you brother! Just happened when i parked my car and i was over here rocking my car thinking its seized lmao but my grandma just bought me the module, i also noticed some brown residue on the sticker..light works from the module but it can be getting old
