thanks i think i finally hit my niche of wacky hearthstone decks!

i love having a good mix of prerecorded games and stream games :) tho all stream games would make life easier :P Big spell mage right now I also am naut a big fan of its very consistent at scaming games >.< tho i guess it did fix that mage was the least playabl class it... just made everything else less playable >.<

@Nautlocke_Vt I totally agree. In order to keep my games vary and entertaiming instead of BS I'm playing Cassino mage. Pretty much a bunch of coin generation, the Darkmoom Magician (I think is called that... the one that throws random spells), Prisom of Yogg Saron, pyrothecnician, Zephyr, Gorgozormu, and... you know it... Hearthstonebrew. But not a regular HB, I put it in E.T.C (for reasons, valid reasons I'd argue)... I hope the nerfs don't consist only on a mana increase for the tourist. And overall, I hope they make Big Spell more Big and less BS.

@@aramisscabott6747 im going to make a pull tomorrow about what should be fridays vid but we shall see :P we might have the first ever 1 game only but i lose vid(turns out 30 ice blocks cant win a game if u got no back up

the naga which shuffles snake oils is also good, and fits a tribe.... hmmmm.... there are a few decks this could go in. i tried this with priest once, medium rez priest I called it on acclunt of the fact that it had predominantly 4 to 6 cost neutral minions with funny deathrattles and stuff.

@@Nautlocke_Vt I hope they make it neutral Synergy, something like start of game if all your minions are neutral get a special hero power or some other effect

@@NxthingButAMxnster that... would actually be cool! reminds me of his merc design where u could use an equipment to make him a neutral merc the only one in all of mercs

it basicly makes their big spell mage synergy way less consistent since u shuffle a ton of 1 cost spells into their deck

The amount of puns i can do with the card is why im still considering it :p that and the artwork for the signature is amazing. we will get to it one day i just dont know when >.<

it was one of 2 ideas that i thought would be good against mage and i was right! Wednesday's will be a little bit more unique & naut from my day 1 video because it was funny(location druid)

battlevry shaman focusing on actually using those 3/7 elemental taunters, using hunter tourist giving access to the new location to discount big ole boys?

that could be fun! I'll add that to the list of ideas to do

can use incindius for finishers because incindius is an elemental, but also you can run alakir, I think he is anti synergy tho. I was also thinking about using the hunter location with inzah and the brewmasters perhaps to discount the super expensive overload minions that shaman has.

so, I guess elemental BC shaman w hunter tourist... overload shaman with inzah multi-playing, or also a dungar deck for shaman that pulls out thorignir drakes maybe and other op rush stuff? I built ogre shudderblock shaman last night and its dope now, super strong.

yeah u could definitely go down the elemental angle but I think there are enough battlecry minions that summon copies for a battlecry tempo list that it probably aint worth it. either way i'm going to go pass out now have a good day :P

shudderblock is such a versatile card that enables so much i wish all classes had a similar card

i enjoyed it probably more then most i wish they had started with covenants being easily changable at the start of the xpac tho

Exactly right now? probably naut but i expect highlander decks to start popping up more due to use being towards the end of rotation making it easier to make a deck without much downside

@@Nautlocke_Vt yeah, noticed a few more highlander shamans out there, prolly after Thijs progress with it, and I lost vs everyone of them

I came back to hearthstone and isnta crafted Reno it enables so many decks of you don't have all cards like I do you can still make Reno deck

I think it was wack a gnoll giving me the murloc weapon(theres only like 12 murlocs in standard right now) or it could be spirit + rng or even doring top deck

between the 2 versions around 20 most of them with the first version(the one in the first 2 games) which is usually around what i end up playing

spirit claws turned this from "spell damage firespell shaman" to "weapon shaman" if that explains the deck philosophy...

good deck! is this competitive in legend?

im always a sucker for weapon based decks tho since we just did a shaman list ill keep this in mind for later :)

disclaimer NO!, brewed at top of diamond before miniset release, it works in gold and platinum rn, but you gotta know the matchup and how to find lethal, golganeth to draw overload spell dmg minions for reach, holding jam sessions for the right moment. this deck needs the new fire spell, havent found a slot for it yet

@@DavidSmith-cr7mb ok! thanks for letting me know, i think the whole weapon shaman idea is pretty cool especially with the Grimtotem Buzzkill. Well, my big druid deck i shared has been crushing it in legend, especially with all the mages around. I climbed from 4500 - 3500 in 2-3 hours, i have seen literally zero person playing a similar deck to mine, so i am pretty much chilling with easy wins and no counter cards here. My deck is just that unpopular i guess, feel free to copy my decklist and destroy your gold and platinum opponents with it.

sasquatch is tutored by trusty companion with the one mana spell which summons 2 frogs, also.

finding ways of getting additional copies of trusty companion could be good, so starlight whelp and jeweled scarab are incredible for on-curve rolls, which can potentially find your tutors, or give you something to curve into on 2 and 3 to get to your 4 mana powerband of battlecry cards which shaman likes

to be fair people were just tired of plagues in reno decks which isnt a problem to much now

@@Nautlocke_Vt Yeah but it is the knock-on effect created by steamcleaner rotating. If steamcleaner remained there would have been no need for the Reno changes, would lower the overall power of Brann due to Boomboss not being as oppressive, being a clear counter to plagues, countering Incindius. Removing that single card was a bad choice.

flood paladin is just goodstuff rn... the 4 mana buff spell is the highest winrate card in oally rn tho be aware

its on the list tho i have a few different pally lists i want to try first

@Nautlocke_Vt Oh yeah. That was quite an interesting deck. I actually try it myself first thing after the stream. Is the Wackiest Wacky deck. The random taunts you discover are perfect to turn them into random legendaries with Marin's treasure. And the location giants into projectionist ends quite a few games. It didn't performmed well against big spell so probably is wise to run some disruption, tho.

i think the deck is fine because sasquawk tends to be of a win more card & most of the other hunter cards help with the consistency of the deck

I wouldn't say bad. Is just misleaded. You could get the extra damage in the Eruptions using just spell damage minions which is cheaper and don't delay the combo by a turn. But... There is a lot of potential in the Shadderblock Sasquack combo. Reapeating powerful stuff like the Titan, the 10/10 frog or Ragnaros instead of Incindius can be a fun enogh concept for a deck. Just look at that game against rogue in the video.

The deck turned out to have too many battlecry minions, trusty companions is a really good idea, probably need to cut sasquawk for better win rate even though its really fun haha

Hey Naut, i have been playing this tharazane thunderbringer list I made. This is so much fun! the new travel master gungar works well in the list. I changed a few cards around from the old list like cutting harth stonebrew because turns out marin single handedly handles the late game making harth look weak. also i worked out that having control cards or taunts in the early game is much worse than simply ramping fast into powerful cards like marin, thunder bringer, zilliax, yogg and eonar. Adding oaken summons in the deck felt really good. Tharazane is prefered to be played mid - late game. It just feels so good overall. The only weakness is aggro decks which has minion buffs and fast combo decks. favored against all other decks, deck is able to literally outvalue warrior lol. Deck kind of just loses when ramp cards are not drawn or powerful cards come at the wrong times, but the curve i built in is actually pretty smooth. Deck is absolutely destroying mage atm lol

looks fun! i will say this tho yesterday on stream i vs a location druid and i may be trying that idea out before this one :) tho have u thought about adding cube for in theory infinite theazanes?

@@Nautlocke_Vt Yeah i did, but this deck is already heavy with all the high cost powerful cards. I am using a lot of support cards to smooth out the curve, tharazane is a bit slow compared to other powerful cards, adding cube in the list would make the deck even slower. I think it would be fun but it wouldn't be a competitve deck like this deck is. Location is not good, i tried it out already, you really dont want to risk hitting bad minions from the location when you could just pop down a beached whale and revive it for instance. It is just too slow compared to the other cards in the list once again.

from what i tested yesterday draw power will probably keep the deck down a bit. and while my version of big spell mage isnt the best i think thats the more worrysome one

Warrior I have a lot of ideas for but priest Im struggling with hence why i went with a deck i knew was a 50/50 if it would work how I wanted turns out no it doesnt :P but it is what it is & i'm having fun with shaman

The new warrior cards are trash, what would you of made instead if you had to incorporate some of them? Doesn't really work with black rock n roll or highlander, it's just a meme deck that made funny use of the new stuff, pretty sure it would get some wins if played correctly because noone is gonna see the otk coming but personally would only try the shaman list out of these suggestions or maybe the mage

Yeah warrior and priest get nothing. I mean there's mech warrior or boomboss thr'grun from 3 expansions. My advice don't play ryebreaker or the hand buffing cards they are trying to push. There's pirate demonhunter, elemental mage, druid with Seabreeze chalice and concierge. These decks are face and midrange druid being a fast midrange deck with an otk turn7 with 9mana! And pain warlock and Maestra, Mask Merchant rogue. You know that snake partyplanner vona summons Ouroboros thief rogues has spectral cutlass rogue has better tools to use the 8mana card.

@@peshomighty5051 I agree, this mini set is not that creative, powerful or interesting tbh and with the concept of agro/midrange/control being out the window I am just hoping a decent twist comes out

@@jayp25 with the tourist cards. How about you get a free discover at the start of game if your deck doesn't contain cards from other classes. Elemental mage can get card or secret hunter gets a taunt card
