What is ASMR?
∼ ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a term used to describe a tingling, relaxing sensation some people experience in response to specific auditory, visual, or tactile stimuli. This sensation is often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine, and can spread throughout the body. Many people find ASMR calming and use it as a way to relax, fall asleep, or reduce stress and anxiety.
