My argument with the Nigerian real estate is that properties are overhyped. These properties in real market value fall below the price tags. The prices in Lagos are outrageous in comparison to similar condos in Europe or America. In reality, similar property is Knightbridge, or Mayfair in the UK will be half the price 🤔. There must be a motivation for the unnecessary hike in the prices of properties in Lagos Nigerian.

Amara, great video. However, the emptiness of the apartment takes away from the beauty of the presentation. I'm just wondering when the Lagos real estate industry will finally catch on to Staging, as they do in other advanced countries. Developers spend millions on building these opulent properties, yet are too stingy (or unaware) to spend a little more on staging the finished work with the appropriate furniture that would greatly showcase their creations in the best possible light. Just something for any Lagos developers watching to think about. (Though, I'm not even sure if we have any staging companies in Lagos to begin with).
