My 2014 with 100k, was making same noise. Replaced front struts and sway bar links, the noise came back. Finally replaced strut mounts and bearings and the noise went away.

Hey i hope you can help me, im lost at the moment. tried the things you did in your video, one thing that failed is I tested the fuel pump using test light, im not getting current. Tested the ground, its good. I bridged the pin in the relay, pump not energised. I jumped the fuel pump, it works. What could be the issue here? I replaced the crank sensor too, nothing changed. My only suspect is I have a break in the wiring to the fuel pump

well my e90 cranks no start… i changed spark plugs, coils, alternator, camshaft sensors, vvts… i also found out i have a vacuum leak. havent checked fuel pressure

Thanks, I was able to test it on the engine, but it just does a single clunk sound and nothing more, I can crank the engine by hand (applying 35ft lbs of force), could it be a bad starter? I bought a new battery already with no luck

How much did the full swap cost you? I'm debating whether I should build my M42 or swap to an S5X/M5X (mostly the S52, but any would work). I'm curious about the overall cost like: Will the rear E30 suspension even hold? Do I "need" to relocate the battery? I've seen listings on marketplace (including this one) with it already swapped but all of them have sold or are priced at 10k.

I did everything identical like you did but when big 30amp relay is connected I can't adjust speed controller, all the time I got there 18v. When I disconnecting big 30 amp relay everything works as should. Any ideas?
