Thank you for the great example on how to do this. We are new to sheep and our ewe prolapsed. Even though you could have struggled a little more like us lol you were clear and precise. Thank you. Our ewe is already feeling better 💞

The show was a complete farce. The "challenges" were pathetic. The old couple did it for a retirement fund. A DIY log cabin house in remote Alaska has very little value. DIY houses and log cabins are problematic, ie. were the logs seasoned properly, was the electrical, plumbing & structural done properly, etc.. Any buyer with the mountain savvy and fortitude would use their funds to buy a small sawmill & tools and build their house w/ milled timbers, proper insulation,, Tyvec & siding. I watched the show for the house, property, the owners and magnificent Alaskan landscape & scenery.

Just watched the show. Cried like a baby at the end 🙈 so delighted you won, then googled ose to see whether you guys were youtubing from up there ... can't believe the aftermath 😲 I hope you guys are doing well wherever you are xx

So OSE took back his Homestead after his wife passed . He meet some young women who put a bit of life back in his bones. Reclaiming the property. During the transition all was honky dory. That is until the tender trap came along. Now the winners are bewildered with no winning for their troubles. Sad now Senior OSe has gotten a bit nasty with the winning couple. OSe says they didn’t keep their end leaving the property abandoned. Love is Blind. What a shame the wife who put her sweat and tears into the building of the homestead dies after giving her home to the english couple who won by both Senior Ose and his Wife’s choice. She is turning over in her grave. Someone’s got to steer this straight. Time will tell

Nice vid ,but ur working hard to do a box end assembly. Top strut should be 7ft plus long.to get the angles right wire should be about 30deg.

So what I gather from watching a couple of other videos after watching the series (Congratulations, btw!) is that sadly Rena has passed away and now Duane has shacked up with a younger woman and together they are trying to swindle you guys out of the property. Oh my, what a nightmare! So sorry!! I hope you decide to defend your rights and keep title to the Ose Mountain property as it is now rightfully yours!

Need to work on your microphone situation so both can be mic'ed up. Emily's voice is at a lower level and difficult to hear. Part of the problem is recording in a vehicle with closed windows. Best of luck. Congratulations on winning the wilderness. As a 57 year old retired U.S. Marine, I would love to spend a week at your guest cabin with my wife. Ever thinking about turning it into a bed and breakfast for couples. The plane ride in would be the expensive portion of the trip. I'm sure a lot of people would love to do it.

I’veread that this was another genius Netflix project just for views etc... Duane got a small fortune and Netflix made twice , and boom were all hooked like junkies waiting for the update.
