Beware of ALISAN GOLDEN COACH company, these drivers are thieves!! The driver left, leaving us with our small children's at the Thai border post without waiting for us!! Our belongings are left on the bus! We had to pay a very expensive taxi. Alisan Golden must be banned from TBS, I don't understand how TBS can still work with this company, these drivers are thieves and thugs. In addition to this their driver stole our COMPUTER Samsung, he was a black Indian with a big beard, very racist and disrespectful. The worst company we have ever had in our lives. Once we arrived at the Thai border from Kuala Lumpur, the driver abandoned us and left us at the border post while leaving with our belongings. When we picked up our bag in Kuala Lumpur our Samsung tablet was no longer there. We are 100% sure the driver stole it because it circles the inside of the bus upon arrival. In addition we had to pay for a taxi because the driver abandoned us at the border post. A real racist with unbearable and detestable behavior!!! Never again from this company, ABSOLUTELY FLEE THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worst bus travel experience in Malaysia, don't book with Alisan golden coach because you will regret it. The worst bus company in KL.
