The challenge of "Hardest" is that I can't let Tinky Winky and Old Po's bar progress
Mechanics:
Dipsy: He will make his way to the office, turn on the smoke machine when he's there, he will not pull down the camera;

Old Po: Don't move, use camera or toggle the smoke machine when she's in the doorway;
Noo-Noo: It stays in camera 3B, use transmissions when it activates.
