No scope, no meter needed. First check the rs232 ttl to rs485, it came from china...pullup and pulldown 20k with Terminator resistor 120 ohm no jumper, send it to rubish it can Nevers do industrial communication, receiving only if your are crossing b with a sending few millivolt that cannot bé read. I d remove resistor😂😂.
