Bro not trying to hate, but I’m a certified personal trainer, and train people daily, PLEASE drop your weight by at least half, and start from the ground up on your form. You are a few more of those lifts away from really messing up your back forever. There are plenty of good resources out there, but you need to learn to brace your core properly and prevent the excessive rounding. Also work on your hamstrings and glutes so they can catch up to your strong upper back and grip strength. Keep training, but do it safely, you will thank me later.
you don’t look very stable, your knees are wobbly and you could probably get more force production off the ground if you wore some flatter shoes like vans instead of tennis shoes that are rounded and have foam/cushion.
Your knees buckle and you lower back gives out immediately as soon as you begin the lift. All you are doing is damaging your body. Lift weight you can properly lift
Keep grinding brother! Looking good. Don’t listen to the haters, practice makes perfect but even then you can be perfect everyday. Push yourself in a controlled manner and you’ll get to where you wanna be!
Practice first getting the center of your foot in a straight line where the bar is on your back. Believe me, it makes a world of difference, it removes the smallest amount of degree that the load becomes off centered. Then just keep working on your bracing, work on a nice slow eccentric, work with your mobility getting to parallel or lower, and you’re golden bud.
I agree with everyone but also that cement is a deadly thing to be dropping that much weight on. I’d get pads for that to if you aren’t controlling the rep
Bro do not scratch the car! Different shoes or go barefoot, also lower the weight better to get stronger with good form less chance of injury (trust me it sucks being able to hardly get off the toilet) you'll be able to pull way more too. You're strong though good stuff.
Looks awesome. But this is why belts exist. It’s a little too much weight (right now) and your back “rounded” at the bottom. You will fix that with lighter weight or a belt. Keep it up and you’ll find as you as mass it will get easier to do deadlifts (unless you’re over 6’ then it just sucks no matter what lol)
I’m not a car expert but i think it’s a Buick grand national. A favourite among my fix-its it has alot of power so you don’t need to do much to it, but if you do it was compatible with any GM parts!
Hey bro good stuff but i will say this do not deadlift with shoes that have that much cushion in them itll only make the deadlift harder.. i literally go barefoot but there are some shoes that have less cushion like vans or converse that are good as well with that said lets see the numbers go up!
I was at 305 about 6 months ago. I stopped squatting for 5 months and went really hard on the leg press. Just got back into squatting last week and I’m up to 380
Very wrong form and could hurt yourself. But damnnn THATS A HEAVY ASS WEIGHT
Form more important than weight. Oooff
Drop that waist bro, you solely used your back. I wouldn’t attempt that weight ever again, til you fix your form drastically
your gonna hurt yourself your back is so arched

My strong point is the hamstrings, My upper back and shoulders don’t usually round like that, this was hopefully and probably a one time thing
I dead lifted 200 kg when was 13
😂

Watch your back man! Don’t hurt yourself!
Wwwww, my gym is old and has tile floors so I can only set it down super gently so my max is 275 rn, but I feel like I could do 315
Yessir 🔥 keep at it bro

Did you mean 315?
@@bobbob-f5c It’s 1 rubber 45, 3 iron 45’s and a 10 on each side of a 45 pound bar, that’s 425

Just look at my past squat videos, I think this was just a bad day thing. I should’ve stretched my ankles beforehand, that probably would’ve helped
0.78 rep

Awesome! Push those knees out & engage those lats bat wings! Awesome work
Bro your back 😭 it should remain straight when you lift! Please be carefull
Learn how to build muscle with slow powerful reps. This won’t build muscle like you think! Eat and get pumped. That’s all it takes
First one was very good. Gale your time to properly set up for the second rep!

Keep up the journey man ✊🏼 don’t forget to learn about back and joint health so you don’t end up just another statistic who “used to be able to”
Yo... screw the lifting, look at that car!

Lookin good!
To heavy. Cut the weight in half and do sets of 20. You'll thank me someday
I agree
Depends what his goals are. Powerlift or body build.
Get out of here with your deload bullshit.
Sets of 20? Get a life
My guy I am a powerlifter not a bodybuilder
Get rid of the sneakers.

Nice. Good to see dead in a lift. Not bounce an go!!!
impressive lift man! watch the lower back just a weee bit more and youre good! i agree with the other commenter tho: better footwear will help
Not bad.. but lose the squishy shoes… get some weight lifting shoes, zero drops or go barefoot even. More stable platform
Yup, barefoot all the way
@@listen2lucki that’s how I used to do it… but ever since getting lifting shoes I won’t go back
Weight lifting shoes are not allowed in Oklahoma high school Powerlifting. My shoes are regular tennis shoes for any type of sport

Damn bro you're a beast! Keep up the good work and keep grinding!
I just thought ut was younger quinstott until i opened the comments lol
Im 185 with a 300 bench and 380 squat. I never deadlift but I assume it’s over 400 so I think I’m in the 1000 pound club
Durant, OK? I went to Mcalester high school. Back then we were rivals, not sure if they are still rivals. Good luck to you though!
Yeah we still are rivals even though I don’t really see the problem with Mcalester. That’s awesome though
