This is great! Its so cool to see someone treating an accordion decently while they repair it. It's not an easy job! Just a couple of recommendations for if you try something like this again: The hardware in old accordions is rarely standard. There are likely to be tiny deviations in screws, bellows pins etc. that mean it is important to put them back in their right places. What I like to do is get a sheet of paper or card and just push all the screws/pins through in order, and write labels for where they go on the paper. It works surprisingly well! Also, I really really advise that you invest in some hide glue - the proper stuff, not Titebond. It's a bit harder to work with than synthetic glues, but it's really worth it. The fact that it's reversible is really useful for parts that may need to be removed, like the joins between the pallets and their key rods, but also it doesn't soak through felt etc. etc. which is just so incredibly useful. Anyway, all in all, nice video! :)

Tape over the cut line or deeply score the cut line with a utility blade.

I'll come back and finish, but before I go. Something is out of balance on your bandsaw. Check the tires to see if they are cracked or worn. Next you may be missing a tooth or more on the blade. Hope it is an easy fix for you.

Chipout or “blowout” 😂 will almost always happen with using a saw. Solutions that will help: 1-Get a new blade meant for cutting plywood. 2-Lay a sacrificial board on top on the cut. 3-Cover the cut line with painters tape.
