It would enforce a strategy where if you dont get the role/desired team comp, you would just leave and re que. I would rather not have 3-4 teammates leave because they think the team comp is bad. Without any penality alot more people would do the same thing thus making games alot less fun and ensuring the team that gets 1+ leaver would be at a disadvantage for the duration until someone joins and if the person that joins decides the team is bad and leaves that us just a bad system, making a 6v6 to a 6v5 is not favorable and an endless loop of re que because people decides they dont want to be in that specific match

I truly believe teammates leaving is better than having a tilted teammate
