Just to make you comprehend a glimpse of saitamas power, first off, the “serious punch” didn’t even hit Boris, only the air, and that was only AFTER he countered a planet level attack. Second, there is no serious punch, he just calls it that for fun, but he is one punch man and ONE PUNCH only, so in that case, saitama was still holding back with that punch, and that was only just ONE PUNCH.
