Very interesting city. Narrow streets and lots of overhead wires, but LOTS of people out walking around. And it is very clean for that many people out walking. I grew up in SoCal (Pasadena) and as a kid drove through Tijuana a few times while traveling down through Baja (well over 60 years ago). We always 'looked down' at TJ, but from what I now see it is far better off than many US cities. Nice tour.
