Can't see where the van was all over the road, had a flat tyre or was loaded poorly. Van looked to be crabbing which was more likely to be caused by a shot bush on the shock arm. Not ideal but not the end of the world nor from this video, dangerous. Stop trying to cost someone their job.

I am more concerned about the idiot car driver illegally obscuring their windscreen with this that and the other to the detriment of their own and other road user's safety.

1 - At what poibt was he, "All over he road..." 2 - He wouldn't be able to drive that fast in an Iveco Daily on a flat tyre. 3 - How do you know it's a poor load? Trays must be stacked in a specific order on to the van. Did you look inside the van? 4 - The most likely issue is that the van has a worn front bush. If you've followed him 'for miles' then perhaps the maintenance provider is taking the van to their base to fix the issue.

Blue paint on your rear quarter panel? You're not blaming the blue car behind you for going off track I hope? You can clearly see on the rear view video that nobody hit you, you just locked the rears cause you can't downshift properly (ever heard of heel and toe?). Excuses and more excuses, quit searching for them, you're just bad.

So you're accusing that poor guy that you made roll 6 times of having caused the collision? It's either you or him. Just admit that you did a mistake and that you caused the crash, cause that's exactly what you did.

Mark you're a terrible driver and the sole cause of this wreck, you recklessly endangered the lives of everyone on that track and destroyed a mans car and most likely hurt him quite seriously because you don't know when to stop. You slid off the track, you don't hammer down on the throttle out of control and rejoin the circuit completely out of control, you regain control and then safely rejoin the race. This accident, any damage and/or medical bills are all on you, this is entirely your fault.

my attitude is anything but light hearted, there was over £1.5k worth of damage to my car, admitidly a lot less than tudor's, and knowing your action/reaction to a situation had left someone in hospital is the kinda thing that keeps you up at night...

Probably a lot easier to take a light-hearted, faultless approach to it when you aren't the one whose car got destroyed.

You are correct i did keep neutral throttle to avoid becoming a feature in the gravel. Brake in a gravel trap, really? (= safety car and/or red flag) Jonnys video clearly shows Tudor coming off the brakes and deciding to not go wider, (admittedly using some grass) or switch to the other side of me Jonny however managed to brake sufficiently and still took to the grass on the other side of the track im not saying this coming together is not anything to do with me, it was a racing incident.
