After the Lovin was my favorite. Down to earth class person.

I first saw Enge! At the London Paladium and sad to say there was a bomb scare that day. My brother-in-law and I ran and ended outside. Low & behold we were standing behind Enge's car at the front by the road. I had a lovely smile from him. The back window screen was covered in lipstick 💋. The next day I even made it on the newspaper cover with the bomb hoax news.

Can someone tell me what year this interview occurred, please? Also, i must say, as a little girl ages 8 to 10 approx., i played one album of his with: Les Bicyclettes de Belsize, Release Me, & Man Without Love, over & over each & every day that our yellow canary, Petie would sing with, along in the phrases of these songs, if you can believe it! This is a very special memory for me. These particular songs & his voice, i have loved so much, & will always!!! Eventhough, i did not understand the lyrics at those ages. It was his voice and those melodies that were so special & comforting to me. It was 1 of just a few, albums in my family's home. But, that one was my favorite! I currently do practice singing these songs with my special friend KC who is an excellent guitartist. I am so lucky, so grateful, thank you ❤✌️

Very calming, down-to-earth, average-type-guy personality. One can easily see why Hollywood was not for him. As smooth in person as on the songs he sings. Gives a very nice interview which demonstrates his overall humility and appreciation for what his success has allowed him.

Englebert had a major flaw, he was a womanizer, had a lot of affairs while married, father illegitimate children, and was sued for paternity many times. H8s wife, Pat Healy was awate of this and stayed married to him. When you become and are rich and famous, and ate offered and can have and buy almost anything and everything, that doesnt mean you should take advantage of it. Be ❤ing, thankful, caring, genuine, humble, down to earth, ethical, moral, loyal, classy, gracious, and a positive role model and maintain that image. And benefit others.
