Reviewing the EPZ TP35 budget dongle DAC. I really liked the build on this one and the sound as well. This space is very competitive though and it becomes more about preference on features than just performance. Is this one right for you?

Nice price. I am always surprised at how many dongles are on the market. I have been using my KA17 with my phone a lot lately.
I mostly stick with DAPs but dongles are really good value. I used to strap Fiio Q11 to an old phone and make a DAP.
@@ImAWSMDanny I have been using my Steamdeck as a DAP lately. Running G4 music with flac files on the SD card.

The Air line is about to take off. Never tried Soundpeats but they look solid. I use JBL Live Pro 2 myself.

Is it worth buying this over the hiby R3 gen 2?
I haven't tried the R3 II unfortunately but on paper they seem overall like good DAPs. I think I would just go with whatever is cheaper on this one tbh. So check for sales or promo codes.

Before the 10T I used a Samsung A23 but the camera sucked on it so I used a OnePlus N20 Nord for pictures.

I got it on Amazon during a sale for $300. Mine was new but they also have renewed ones for $199. They just don't come with the good charger if you get renewed though.
There also now seems to be extra listings with limited quantities for each set at even lower prices. There's some really solid deals so make sure to look around to see what you find.
If you had a choice between the ibasso dx180, hiby r6 3, or hiby r4 evangelion. Which one are you buying? Thx in advance
Out of those I have only tried the R4 but the standard version. I have heard lots of very good stuff about the DX180 from a couple of friends. I would probably get the DX180 if I wanted something a bit more future proof just based on specs on paper. R4 is pretty much tied with it but can be cheaper (if you get regular version) but the Eva one is nice also. Either way I would probably put the R6 third on that list.
@ how do I take advantage of the 4.4 connection of this device? I have truthear hexa iems. But from what I heard iems can’t be used to 4.4mm, is that right? Do I have to use headphones to take advantage of 4.4?
4.4mm balanced just gives you more power (volume) and a cleaner signal. IEMs don't need much power to begin with but any IEM can use a balanced cable to connect to 4.4mm ports.

i think the form factor has kept me in this hobby. when it is 40 Celsius you do not want to wear big chonky headphones! Plus, get better soon! but stay away from sunny. do NOT get him sick! you could do flatheads. those are fun, i need a budget basshead flathead to go up against the vido.
