Defeating Lichdragon Fortissax at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
The fight against Lichdragon Fortissax involves lightning that lingers on the player and does delayed damage, so it forces you to be constantly moving around. This means you lose out on attack opportunities when trying to fight him in melee range because you have to avoid attacking when the lightning is tracking you. I didn't like having to wait for attacks like that so I tried using magic and oh boy, that is so much easier. When you're not directly next to him, he has a habit of just slowly walking towards you so you have tons of time to attack at medium range.
My strategy was to frostbite him right away and then again after a critical hit, and to use rock sling to try to stagger him when he is frostbitten. I was doing surprisingly high damage for having non-upgraded weapons, it really wasn't too difficult. When he finished his long slow walk towards me, I just tried to run under him to make some more distance as running away from his head didn't work very well.
The loadout I used in this video:
- Meteorite Staff (picked up off the ground in the Street of Sages ruins in Caelid's swamp of Aeonia)
- Rock Sling (found in the basement of the Street of Sages ruins in Caelid's swamp of Aeonia)
- Misericorde with Chilling Mist (weapon is found behind a stonesword key fog wall in Stormveil Castle, and the ash of war is dropped by a teardrop scarab in the ruins south of Renna's Rise in Liurnia after progressing past Caria Manor)
- Radagon's Soreseal (found in Fort Faroth in Caelid behind a giant rat)
- Marika's Scarseal (found by teleporting to a secret area of the Siofra River region under a waterfall, doesn't require any fighting to pick up)
- Stargazer Heirloom (found on top of the Divine Tower in Liurnia after using the Carian Inverted Statue at the Carian Study Hall)
- Ritual Sword Talisman (found in Lux Ruins in the Altus Plateau region after defeating the boss)
- Lantern (purchased from a nomadic merchant on the west coast of the Weeping Peninsula by the Isolated Merchant's Shack site of grace)
In the thumbnail, RL1 means "rune level 1", WL0 means "weapon level 0" or no weapon upgrades, and "hitless" means I didn't get hit :)

How to EASILY defeat Fia's Champions at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 217 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
You must defeat Fia's Champions to progress her questline and face Lichdragon Fortissax, and since humanoid fights are notoriously difficult for level 1 characters (and everyone else for that matter), I thought I'd make a guide on how to progress past this fight extremely easily. Anyone can utilize this same method on any character, but if you are playing with 7 base intelligence (warrior or pr...
Demolishing Valiant Gargoyle Duo at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 449 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This fight was an absolute nightmare! At first I was trying to fight these guys with melee like I did with the Black Blade Kindred's, but that poison they spit is extremely good at forcing you to back out of melee range. If you are committed to using melee and trying to do it hitless, you have to simply run around the arena not attacking for good amounts of time while they're both active becaus...
Defeating Forbidden Black Blade Kindred at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring

Continuing the quest to learn the valiant gargoyle / black blade kindred moveset so I can progress past the underground gargoyle duo! This dude has some tricky moves, the hardest one I found was his roar in Axe phase. It comes out so quickly and leaves little room to react, but I figured out how to dodge it reliably. When he roars to change weapons, dodge towards him and try to get directly und...
Defeating Sanctum Black Blade Kindred at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 23514 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This fight is pretty hard! I tried to learn how to do it entirely with the camera unlocked because it's best to stay unlocked in the valiant gargoyle fight that I'm practicing for here. The hardest part is the arena, this dude loves to jump around so he ends up on top of things all the time and is hard to hit. He's also surprisingly good at dodging attacks, I miss a lot in this video! The loado...
How to easily defeat ANY Erdtree Avatar or Putrid Avatar at level 1 - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 41319 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I was playing through a RL1 0 hitless challenge run and found that this boss isn't very difficult to master. I figured it would be a good idea to share the strategy to defeat them since they drop some pretty good rewards that would be useful for any challenge runner or regular player alike! The first half of the video is how to "legitimately" but still easily fight the boss with a melee weapon....
Defeating Regal Ancestor Spirit at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 14วันที่ผ่านมา
I have heard a lot of hate around the internet for this boss considering its tendency to teleport around the arena a lot, but I found that once you get the hang of stance breaking him it becomes a lot more manageable. I actually enjoyed this fight a lot because of the ambiance and theme. It was much easier to hit his head with the camera unlocked, but he's not that difficult in general. He is w...
Defeating Flying Dragon Agheel at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 60วันที่ผ่านมา
I wanted to show off defeating this early game dragon on a level 1 character because pretty much any playthrough would benefit from getting at least one dragon heart so they can unlock the "Rotten Breath" incantation as a reliable way of applying scarlet rot in the early game. Even as a level 1, you can use Rotten Breath if you pick up the "Two Fingers Heirloom" talisman from the Purified Ruins...
Defeating Bloodhound Knight Darriwil at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 97วันที่ผ่านมา
Despite the ease of this fight, I felt like it was important to show off because the Bloodhound's Fang is a great weapon. A lot (all?) of Darriwil's attacks are parryable, and once you understand the parry timing on just one or two of his moves he goes down quick. The loadout I used in this video: - Broadsword (purchased from a nomadic merchant outside the Coastal Cave in Limgrave) - Riveted Wo...
Defeating Dragonkin Soldier at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 9014 วันที่ผ่านมา
I wanted to show off this minor bossfight because he drops the Dragon Halberd, a very powerful weapon for a level 1 character. It's a relatively easy fight, even with just the Broadsword. Three "Square Off" heavy attacks will stagger him, and even with a non-upgraded weapon you will do plenty of damage. To make the fight even easier, just add status effects such as bleed or frost or buffs like ...
Defeating Radagon + Elden Beast at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 29514 วันที่ผ่านมา
I am so happy to have finally beat Radabeast on my RL1 0 playthrough! Having to learn two boss movesets is a pain, but by the end I was able to defeat Radagon without even paying that much attention because I had fought him so much. It's not like beating all the other bosses in the game even on a hitless run. With the other bosses, you beat them once and move on. With this fight you unlock an o...
Defeating Godfrey / Hoarah Loux at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 302 หลายเดือนก่อน
Godfrey/Hoarah Loux's first phase is relatively easy to learn, but his second phase was super hard for me. You mostly just have to dodge forward and to the right in his first phase, and then in the second phase you should try to stay right up against him and keep strafing right so you can trigger him to use easily avoidable attacks. When he starts doing the shock waves in his second phase, oppo...
Absolutely bullying Sir Gideon Ofnir at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 373 หลายเดือนก่อน
Sir Gideon Ofnir the All-knowing is a hilarious boss. He uses only magic and has a ton of impossible to dodge spell combo's. That isn't even an exaggeration as far as I've experienced, he will often create impossible situations for you in a head to head fight. Gideon doesn't fight fairly, and neither can you. You could poison him from out of sight and cheese the encounter, but I opted for a mor...
Defeating Maliketh, the Black Blade at level 1 (no weapon upgrades, hitless, solo) - Elden Ring
มุมมอง 213 หลายเดือนก่อน
I got so lucky on this clip! I spent a bunch of time learning Maliketh's second phase moves, but I managed to keep him stagger locked for most of the fight and didn't actually need to dodge a wide variety of his attacks. Maliketh isn't very hard to stagger if you're using charged heavy attacks, you just need to use them quickly in succession which he gives you plenty of opportunities to do. The...
