I think they should get additional charges for kicking the car. How childish they act. Do this for me, do that for me. Then they say don't talk to me but want to ask 20 questions. Charges and punishments need to be firmer. These men and women are getting these people off the streets and the judges let them go.

The one with the marine was bs. They were determined to arrest her long before they knew about her warrant. They harassed the shit out of her even when she offered to move her car. She was uncooperative but in no way hostile. It sounded like they were looking for an excuse to get violent. As soon as she said she didn’t have an ID on her they accused her of refusing to identify herself. Just a couple of bully cops with nothing better to do than harass a former marine for sleeping in her car.

What was she arrested for to resist?

What does she need remorse for?

It truly amazes me (although it shouldn’t), how many people think they can run an officer’s stop/ investigation. They believe they know the laws when actually they have no true knowledge of law. They are either totally ignorant of the law or believe “Daddy” will be powerful enough to get it dismissed and get the officer fired. I blame “gentle parenting”, give everyone a trophy, everyone has to feel special and don’t hurt anyone’s feelings society for downfall of our youth!!!!!!😊
