You have to be careful with iron because unlike other minerals and vitamins it stays in your system unless you lose blood, so it keeps building up and too much iron is very, very dangerous to your organs. I like the spring water of Mountain Valley. Haven't tried the sparkling kind as we've drinking flavored Buble. I'm glad you were able to celebrated Christmas with you family and received nice gifts. Turn over is extremely high so they are always hiring, but you don't seem like the type of person they would hire. also never tell them you are already working. you are always not working and you are willing to work all the hours they want you to.

You need better camera action. Most of the time we see just your shoulder or neck. Be more aware of where your camera is.
