Mat & Trevi here! We are two travel junkies who love adventure and exploring this beautiful world and all that it has to offer! Good tips. I would just bring USD cash before leaving ur country, that way u don't have to use ATMs. Always exchange money in the city for better rates than the airport.
Yep! We’ve done that before as well. Tend not to use much cash other than for tips

Not sure, bought it five years ago
Use the Global Entry app on your arrival from an International flight, fill out the form, take pix, submit and save the form / receipt. Show the form / receipt on your phone when you get to the Global Entry queue, Immigration Officer still needs to confirm / verify your receipt (takes less than a minute). Then you're cleared!
