The estates lacks underground drainage systems and walk path for pedestrians. Nigeria still has a long way to go in terms modernisation of drainage systems.

This ikota is not well planed. There is no sidewalk innthat entrance street that leads to magmount. Atleast megamount put a sidewalk but idk whose steeet is that one before the megamoubt entrance. It is a mess and street look like ajegunle

Nigerian disorganisation and dirty enviroment is very discouraging.What l don't get is,why cant the state governors look at what other places are doing like Abuja or Cotonou in benin republic?The beauty of this route can be brought out if the authority knew about urban beautification.I am not surprised someone was trying to jump off a bridge,when all he sees is disorganized and dirty environment.Beautiful and organized environment boast moral.l personally think Nigerian authourities should employ foreigners,maybe from sweden,Norway,germany etc to help them with city beautification,organisation etc.Thank you.
