A classic from 20 years ago. Hard to believe it was that long ago as this song was a part of my childhood. This song is super tricky with those odd chord voicing and the constant picking. This was a big achievement for me when I managed to learn this song at 17 and this song is still challenging to this day.

Thing is, theres two tracks with tremolo, one slower and one faster and panned out so they create this really cool texture.
@@gupster24 I remember reading about that in Johnny’s book. Of course, I didn’t think about that when making this video 😅. Though I wonder how Johnny pulls it off live (especially in his solo tours)
@@renmusical Stereo trems im guessing, Theres some cool ones now that have 2 rates so you can set them up to do a similar thing. i have a reverb that can do it but it gets some getting used to.

@@MrBeen992 yes that’s the Squier Classic Vibe P Bass. At the time I used a Line 6 Pod Go and I just used the bass amp modeling there. No effects were used
