And btw it’s not a river it’s a canal - the boats are canal boats, canals are man made waterways for transporting goods during the Industrial Revolution - it’s not a subway it’s the tube or underground. Don’t eat fish and chips in London - try “ like “ the sea side where fish comes from. So you travel to London and have Japanese food ??! Then 5 guys American fast food ?! Of all the American travel vlogs please stay in America and never come back - you give American tourists a bad name. Most appreciate history , culture and different cuisines not theme parks fast food and key holes ! Bordering on pathetic

Second place is still second place, don't knock yourself down with saying it was only out of three. Be sure to celebrate every bit of greatness, no matter how small it may seem - from just showing up to compete, to getting your feet on the line for the first obstacle, and especially when you get back up for more after you fall. Those are all wins. Be sure to remember too, that to be a paragon of any label (man, woman, etc.) it takes balance. For every extraordinary feat of strength, you need to be able to feel extra compassion. For every burst of energy, you need to be able to embrace calm and stillness. Don't tip the scales too far in one direction while neglecting the other side.
