Love your emphasis on Pacing! I too have had Long COVID since 2020. I have found the Garmin body battery somewhat helpful but not very accurate. I think their algorithm weighs ON hrv too heavily and does factor-in sleep quality enough. At least that is my long-hauler perspective. We really need to track Deep and REM sleep and I LOVE my Garmin 255 for that. See you at the NIH-RECOVER agent screening meetings. Tom Bunker PhD

Do doctors over 60 or 65 of age take RSV vaccine themselves? If so, how many percent of them do? All vaccination are chemicals and have side affects. Building strong immunity of the body through proper diet, eating nutritious food, and sufficient exercise is far more effective for the prevention of illness-- in my opinion anyway.

Yeah, have you noticed that big pharma is really pushing the vaccine train since Covid! Talk to your doctor? They are trained in diagnosing and treating, either with drugs or surgery! It’s not their fault! They are amazing with acute illness. They are inept in chronic illness. And don’t give the immune system enough credit. If you get out of its way, with inactivity, proper diet, adequate sleep and healthy lifestyle., yeah maybe your immune systems are in the toilet. You’d rather take pills and shots, with side effects rather than take care of your body? And preventative medicine, that’s code for find something to treat! If I’m not having problems, I don’t go to the doctors…..
