I can't speak on how helpful this is for people experiencing panic attacks (as I don't have those myself), but solely from a person-listening-to-an-audio-roleplay perspective, I really like how Moon clearly didn't know what he was doing and was lowkey freaking out, but he still focused on doing whatever he could to try to help the listener. A lot of comfort fics/audios/etc. involve the fictional character knowing exactly how to handle the situation at hand, and I definitely see why that's the default, but to me there's also an appeal to someone who will try their best navigate an unfamiliar situation in order to help get you through it.
