My brother don't know what you are talking about. The refineries in Rotterdam where Nigeria is getting supply of fuel doesn't own any crude oil but because they are in an environment where bad belly is not normal. Their government (EU) buy crude oil and supply them to refine and make money. Nigerian government also supply them with crude oil as a SWAP deal. Why can't our government emulate them.
