I hear you, although I wouldn’t say the traffic is any worse than anywhere else nearby, it’s a built up area and if you don’t want that, it’s probably not the place for you, but if you want the convenience of everything being on your door step, especially if you don’t drive, it’s actually a pretty decent location and place to live. It’s all subjective of course.

I build these places as a crane operator and these places won’t be here in 50 years. Shoddy workmanship compared to previous eras.

Really? Why’s that? It’s a modern flat, 2 minutes from shops and links into London, it has secure parking and is a short drive or bus journey to Bexleyheath Broadway, Dartford shopping centre, Bluewater, Bexley Village etc I would think it’s quite a nice place to live for money people.
