      When it goes below the surface (dives), the underside of the water reflects like a mirror, showing those top colors. Also, they can twist slightly, showing those colors and triggering the bite.

    • @mikewalters4994
      @mikewalters4994 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shawnwest892 It don't matter to me Shawn what pattern it is. I have been fly tying about four years and I thought I would never have any interest in tying these. But, that changed, I thought I would try a few. Just for the challenge I guess. I have tried about a dozen, solid colors with a red head. I have really enjoyed tying these. I'm gonna try and tie the multi colored one in this video today.

      I live in South Alabama and I'm gonna start fly fishing for Bass. I've been fly fishing for Bluegill for years. I bought myself a fly rod for Christmas to Bass Fish with. It would be GREAT if you would tie another pattern that would be a good fly to fish for Large mouth Bass with. I really love your video's, you explain everything GREAT. I also, like the way you do the close ups, I can see what your doing. You don't need a camera man over your shoulder. The close ups you do are great shots.
