Nothing 2 have li-ion battery, which is used in high end phone of Samsung and in iPhone whereas OnePlus 12 have li-po battery which drains faster and have less life than nothing, samsung Hindu end phones and iPhone.
You are absolutely correct! One advantage of Li-po is lightweight. And also considered safer. I used my OP5 which also had Li-po for five years and was at 67% battery health.

This model is global version bro, and has the Google dialer. If you want MIUI dialer you will need to do via apk install.

If you have Google dialer you need to root the device and use another speech Engine for silence the announcement. I will check this some more.
