Sure there must be something unique by that area, but I don't think we can explain this pheneomena by means of our ordinary concepts of reality. An "underground base" is a 3D-world-concept and personally I see these phenomena as shadows of a 4D reality. More precise intersection-points between 3D & 4D (or "tesseracts with shadows") or even rudiments from another "time". We cannot observe a 4D object directly, but under certain circumstances, such as by manipulation of gravity, we maybe get a glimce of whats going on. In any case I think that we must approach these objects with some sort of elevated logic. It's clear that normal physics are not capable of explain whats going on, so I guess we must include some sort of metaphysic tools. There are som people that relate this to the process connected to the mining of Element 115, which supposedly are crucial for "antigravity-operations" (these objects do not propell themselv forwards, but generate a "gravitional tunnel" that creates a "pull" or corridor which they can "fly through"). Hessdalen area is very rich in minerals such as copper, but that only can not be the answer in it self. Perhaps the geography/geology of areas like these generates geo-anomalities related to magnetism, like an energy gradient that can be harvested. It's also worth to mention that Allen J. Hynek (Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Head of the Department of Astronomy and Director of the Observatory at Northwestern University, is the Chief, Scientific Consultant to the Air Force on the subject of Unidentified Flying Objects) visited Hessdalen in 1985. He worked for Project Blue Book. A video of him visiting Hessdalen: th-cam.com/video/MMQBXnEJCUs/w-d-xo.html Personally this looks like "damage-control", and many aspects of the Hessdalen-project is only focusing of Lights, not (semi) solid objects. Surprisingly many observations of what clearly is ordinary bolides/fireballs is presented as "UFO" which looks kind of strange, like a deliberate dumbing-down. Anyway, the objects I saw I can not explain as anything else than "UFO's". At first I though it was ordinary drones, but that's was not the case. An it was not "weather balloons", ha ha :)
