Ah, it's because I didn't have another 5c in my discard. The leader allows you to discard 1 and then put 5c into your life from hand or discard so that's where the 2 came from. I hope that helps 😊

You can only trash 1 not 2 according to the ruling. This is why managing the trash before using the leader effect is important

@Ljunghf to clarify, I trashed 1 for the leader effect, I then chose another from hand (from the leader effect) along with the already trashed card to put to my life. I might have crudely shown this but I don't see where this would be against the ruling on the card.

I didnt have another 5c in discard and you can use your leader ability to put them from hand aswell

Looking back I could have, but I would have had 3 Don that wouldn't be utilised. I did draw into baby luffy so if I had known that I was going to, the hiyori play would have been better for sure. The play i made best utilised the don available with the information I had but, let me know your thoughts if I missed anything 😊

@@HassanKOPTCG What I thought was that. Using Hyiori to sabo, we would see what's on top of the deck and adjust our trash that was bad. Then we would return 7k 2 lives. The 3 DON left, we can use before to swing with Baby sabo, but its more risk .

Yeah, I discarded one of the two cards, and took the other from my hand to add to life. I just skipped the step to put it into the discard

@iancalub8318 I think it's incredibly fun but I've put alot of hours into it. I think if you understand it, it's so rewarding but it can take time. If you're just starting out, I suggest ST14 Luffy, it's a solid deck, more linear but also super fun too!

@inv4651 they come in the packs from the structure decks. You only get 3 per pack so it'd be easier to pick them up individually from trusted marketplaces
