Everything in the world is for lease. In America you can pay off your house but if you cant pay you're ballooning property tax, you lose it. Not to mention, we all die, so do we really ever own anything? At least if this house costs 200,000 for a 30 year lease, you're only paying about $500 rent per month up front. That's not bad to take some stress off for the next 30 years.
@@jamesmd007 Do your own research, there are so many companies offering this services in case you don't know how. There are real indicator of local economies, open numbers, etc. This is def not your type of business, clearly.

No way for that price. Everything looks unfinished and furniture uncomfortable. And the worth...it's not Bali style at all

Hi! Thanks for the comment. We understand what you mean, but “bali” is really big and prices can change based on the location. In this case, this villa is in one of the most expensive areas of Bali, Uluwatu. You can look in pages like airbnb or booking.c and compare with other places around in the Uluwatu area. :)

The sound of the birds is a bit excessive I know the area of Bingin, Balangan, Pecatu, etc of South Bali rarely to be heard like this video 😅😂 only Central, North, East and West Bali has lots of birds sound 😊
