This villa is located up in the hill at the end of a road with only trees around. The traffic zone is more than 2km away. 🙏

Traditionally there shouldnt be a key and lock for the bathroom. Locking from the inside only. But it is gorgeous!!

Everything in the world is for lease. In America you can pay off your house but if you cant pay you're ballooning property tax, you lose it. Not to mention, we all die, so do we really ever own anything? At least if this house costs 200,000 for a 30 year lease, you're only paying about $500 rent per month up front. That's not bad to take some stress off for the next 30 years.
@@jamesmd007 Do your own research, there are so many companies offering this services in case you don't know how. There are real indicator of local economies, open numbers, etc. This is def not your type of business, clearly.

In this case, this villa is in one of the most expensive areas of Bali, Uluwatu. You can look in pages like airbnb or booking.c and compare with other places around in the Uluwatu area. :)
