Hello! The snow is always so pretty. We usual get our share of snow here in Canada and also very cold. This morning it was -17 F. It's suppose to warm up some for Christmas, so that will be good. That looked like one of my attempts! Lol! Very frustrating because I have made bread for years. I have a great starter and do all kinds of baking with the discard but I just couldn’t get the bread to turn out. I finally ran across someone who was from Texas and explained the trouble with “summer” sourdough bread, temperature really affected my dough. I’ve taken a couple months off and am ready to try again. I had to make a few yeast breads so I didn’t feel like a total failure.😊
