Join us as we go back to sailing, from purchasing a boat to our sailing adventures. We're now sailing in North Wales after spending a few years exploring the south coast of the UK on a Bavaria 36. Our videos are a mixture of sailing and projects. We've sailed over to the Channel Islands, down the Devon and Cornish coast, stopped in some spectacular bays, and also fixed the boat in the same locations! Installing a Victron Blue Smart Charger 12v 30amp, Unboxing, Setup & installation
In this video, we install a Victron Blue Smart Charger 12v 30amp after our SBC Quick Charger blew up on our last visit. This charger can charge all battery types including lithium batteries. We take a look at what's in the box, how to install the charger, its settings, and also Victron Smart Networking. This allows the charger to network with other chargers, and smart shunts to understand the battery voltages and current to charger faster. It is also able to network multiple chargers to increase the charging output.
