maybe you can find those similarities between the languages because you were ruled for about 300 by spain.. so were we i don't know cebuano but i speak a very little of filipino/tagalog and i think there are more similar words than in cebuano.. and chavacano is even more similar.. it's like broken spanish for what i have understood

All of the food looks amazing! Unfortunately, I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten (anything made from wheat, barley & rye). Will I have difficulty finding food options that don’t include bread when I travel there in August 2023? No empanadas for me!

Glad you like the city, i recommend that you visit Patagonia (especially Bariloche and Tierra del Fuego) if you like trekking and enjoy nature. They have mountains and lakes with beautiful German-Swiss architecture. Another recommendation would be the Iguazu falls and the vineyards of mendoza, if you like wine and the countryside. Hope you come back!

Choripan is a sandwich and its eaten with hands. It would be like going to McDonald's and seeing people eating a Big Mac with a knife and fork. Based on the appearance, that choripan wasn't the best. Nice video 😻
