    Mam mujhe 50 day ho gay hai c6 or c7 ke fracture the vo toh thik ho gay lekin c6 spinous process fracture thik nahi hua or c6 dislocation bhi hai grade 1 . Pl without surgery treatment bataein. Thanks

    Would closed reduction really be the management of choice, a Barton's (volar/dorsal) is likely unstable and would require ORIF; cancellous screws with a backing plate, closed reduction would certainly be viable in undisplaced stable fractures

Kuch doctors ne kaha k operate kar lo aur kuch ne kaha cast jo bandha hai usi se jor jaegi par thori terhi joregi.. aur wohi hoa terhi jori .. ab kia karo me?? Operate karwao ya nhn.. fingers to 80 percent move kar rai hai par wrist lock hai . Physiothrapy karwao ya operate??

      joint ke paas ke fractures me operation better option hota hai. But agar terhe judne se koi functional impairment nahi hai to aisa he chor dijye..... but continue with physiotherapy

    Mam appke video me jo X-ray picture diya hai, same mera wirst aise hi fracture hua tha 5 month pahle, 40 day plaster rakhne ke bad mera plaster khol diya gaya, lekin 6 mahine ke bad v mera wrist properly move and turn nahi Ho raha hai, aur Jada wrist Neche ki taraf karte hai to bahut Jada dard hota hai...
