Love that, thank you. Those were good times. I was a little bit too young to go to parties when it all started, but I was listening to this. Well, we had one proper warehouse party here when I was 15. It was in old locomotive workshop. Just music, strobo and smoke. Best party of my life. Though it was very hard to get this kind of music back then because for most is was very strange and I'm living in quite small place. We had only one record shop 😅. Late 90's got my driving license and then we went with my buddy who introduced me to electronic music. Always nice to hear from people that was there in teh beginnig. Keep on ravin'💿🎚️🎚️💿.

Yes, some tracks are considered happy hardcore. New hype.. right🤭, I've been listening to this since day one so not so new for me 😄. And for me it's hardcore, not early, just hardcore. I know I sound old, but that's what we called it back then and that's what I will call it still☺️. But it is nice that people are still raving to old tunes, warms my heart as a old school HC fan ☺️👍🏻.

I have no idea and it is very annoying. Makes playing so much harder. It has something to do with songs that I play from streaming service. Playing from usb I don't have that problem.

But I had little rough time at the moment and felt down, so I just kept on playing easy tracks. But I'll be making some sets that get gradually more interesting and faster paced in the future.

Yeah, I messed a lot with this mix. New tracks for me and missed quite a few cues. And still lot to learn on dj'ing in general. But I wanted to save this mix to see improvement (hopefully 😄) in the future. But thank you for comment😊👍. And that 7.18, yeah it was shit 😂.

And always do a beatmatch.. automatching is cool and works great but it is never 100% accurate... use different eq settings and preview the mixin with the cue/master knob. take your time with mixin and mixout. the faster you mix the more your mix gets distorted. in some cases you can mix fast but it depends on the tracks. there is nothing better than two tracks running at the same time and fitting together very well.. also take care of the keys... for some tracks they MUST fit. for other monotone tracks it is not that important. but for melodix stuff.. the keys are... mhhh.. key :-D prepare your tracks with cue points and save your mixin and mixout loops.. saved mixout loops are cool to get you enough time to mix out from a track... you guys these days are so lucky to have this shit. back in the days when we mixed vinyl we had no such great things...so be thankfull and use them :-D.. god damnnn this fucking hash crumb on the vinyl that caused a needle jump while you mix in :-D @@Acidsanta

Yes, I've been around on vinyl era, not that much behind decks though, as you can hear. But yeah it was way different and I have huge respect on those dj's. But still I like to learn to do as much as possible by ear, because auto tools doesn't always work the way they are supposed to. And I just like to do it that way. Yes, I have lot to learn and it will take some time. But I'm not in hurry and I enjoy playing some good ol' tunes. This is way to relax for me and I will get better eventually.. I hope 😄. And if not, I'm cool with that too.

Yeah it is. And layout is pretty much the same as in cdj nexus setup so it is easy to go in clubs and hit a set. Actually that's why I borrowed this so I could go and give it a shot at my local club. Maybe one day when I feel confident enough of my skills 😄

I think I'm not either. I just trying to figure out too some nicer transitions. And still learning so at the moment I don't feel like I'm able to give any tips. Still feels so hard to mix the way I would be happy with it😅.
