Hello @RobertWestlake-b1s 🤗 The varnish does give the pouring mix a gloss finish and is used with pigments. The varnish helps create more flow as well. I still resin my pours. Cheers, Sabine

They definitely make a difference to pouring results vs. the glue and water mix that I started my acrylic pouring journey with. Copyright is a touchy subject, so I like to try and do the right thing. @suekaye9 Thank you 🌈 I got mine from Prices Plus, 35cm Diameter. It is the same as @sheleeart recommends. I glued a block of timber to the base of the Lazy Susan, this makes it sturdy. Then I glue the silicon mat to the top of the Lasy Susan. I use Selley's All Fix, it bonds well with the glass, timber and Silicone. Make sure the Lazy Susan has the needle mechanism, flows smoother than bearing mechanisms 😊 My first spinner was a small $7 Lazy Susan that I glued wooden spatulas too, and a block of wood on the base for weight, it worked well, but I prefer this one❤

Atelier acrylic paint 1 part paint to two parts Australian floetrol

Hello @cndbass. I use one part paint to two parts Fleotrol. I find Liquitex Basics and Amsterdam Acrylic paints are great to use as cell activator paint. :-) Hope this helps

Hello Alex, the pillow paint is the base paint, water based acrylic interior wall. The cell activator is floetrol and Amsterdam black. I purchased a different brand interior water based wall paint, for my pillow paint, the consistency was a bit gluggy, and when dried formed cracks, so now I add some glue & water mix with floetrol to my interior wall paint, it seams to help, I cannot answer your question in full, as I have only tried 2 different wall paints, so it's always good to experiment. In the past, I only used acrylic paint, glue and water mix & floetrol, silicon. A Dutch poor will be very nice over a pillow paint. Hope this helps 🐬🦋 Happy creating Sabine
